Peruvian designer Danittza Zimic is bringing back 70s glamour with her new collection of easy to wear wrap dresses.

Last week, the Miami-based designer launched her latest collection featuring seven wraps named after fabulous women of the free love decade including Bianca Jagger, Farrah Fawcett, Billie Jean King, Cher, Lynda Carter, Carly Simon and Gloria Steinem.

A fan of the 70s era, Zimic says she set out to create something with a vintage feel that was also versatile enough for today's modern woman. She prides herself on creating affordable, long lasting garments that can be worn by all ages and body types. Zimic got it right on all counts with this line. The wrap style can create curves on the most boyish of figures, while the cinched in waist will work wonders for the more voluptuous ladies. The dresses are made of a polyester spandex blend that is easily machine washable- wash & wear!

One of my favorites, the Jagger, is a striking cobalt blue and reminiscent of Kate Middleton's much buzzed about engagement dress-- and already sold out!

One of my favorite summer parties is back for it's fourth edition! Miami Magazine's SPLASHION is once again bringing the steamiest summer fashions to LIV Nightclub at the Fontainebleau, this year with a retro beach bash theme.

Ready your sexiest pin-up look and mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 13, 2011 because you don't want to miss this party - featuring a hot fashion show of resort and swimwear looks by Becca by Rebecca Virtue, Betsey Johnson, Jag, Jantzen, and Perry Ellis Swim, to name a few.
